Manager / Senior Manager – Production (05 Positions)

Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Production professionals to oversee production operations across our spinning units. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of yarn manufacturing and proven leadership in large-scale spinning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complete spinning production operations.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality levels.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance teams.
• Optimize manpower utilization and minimize wastage.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly production reports (MIS).
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, buyer requirements, and safety standards.
• Train and monitor operators, supervisors, and section leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Preferably from BUTEX).
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Production Department of a reputed spinning mill (local or international).
• Extensive knowledge of carding, combing, drawing, simplex, ring spinning, rotor, and winding operations.
• Experience in Cotton, PC, CVC, and Rotor yarn production preferred.

• In-depth technical expertise in spinning processes.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage large production teams.
