Company Secretary

Md. Sahinur Kabir, FCS, is the Company Secretary of Saiham Group. He holds a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting from Jagannath University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).

With over a decade of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Corporate Management, Mr. Kabir is a seasoned professional in his field. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and has obtained an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) Certificate from the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

His professional foundation was built at Rahman Mostafa Alam & Co., a prominent accountancy and management consultancy firm in Bangladesh, where he completed his CA course under the bye-laws of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

Mr. Kabir has been serving as a Company Secretary since 2011.

SYED RAKIBUL HASAN

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Syed Rakibul Hasan is holding the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Rakib is an experienced and qualified person in the field of Finance and Accounts. He is Post Graduated in Accounting from Dhaka University.

He has over 30 years of experience in this company.

MD. ALAMGIR HOSSAIN

Head of Internal Audit (HIA)

Mr. Alamgir is working as Head of Internal Audit division.

He is post graduate in Master of commerce in Accounting from Govt. College of Commerce, Chittagong.

Mr. Alamgir C.A Course completed from M/S Shafiq Basak & Co. under bye law of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).

S. A. GAFUR

General Manager (International Trade)

Mr. S. A. Gafur is working as General Manager (International Trade) of the company.

He has over 30 years of experience in this sector. He is graduated in Bachelor of Commerce.
