Job Overview
Saiham Group is looking for dynamic and proactive Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Supply Chain professionals to support and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidates must have strong experience in procurement, inventory coordination, supplier management, logistics planning, and ensuring smooth material flow across units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including purchase, sourcing, logistics, and inventory control.
- Handle procurement of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables as per production requirements.
- Develop and maintain supplier database; evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with production, store, and commercial teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requisitions.
- Ensure accurate documentation, GRN, MRR, and system updates (ERP).
- Negotiate pricing, lead time, and contract terms with suppliers.
- Track inbound/outbound logistics and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Prepare supply chain reports and present to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering
- PGD in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain Department of a reputed spinning mill / textile group / manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP-based supply chain operations preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good command in MS Excel, ERP, and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
