Manager / Senior Manager – Quality (05 Positions)

Job Overview

We are looking for highly skilled Manager / Senior Manager – Quality professionals to lead and strengthen the Quality Department of our spinning units. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in textile quality management, production quality control, and international quality standards (local or global spinning mills).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise overall quality control operations of the spinning mill.
• Monitor yarn quality parameters and ensure production follows approved quality standards.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper testing in Uster, Lab Dyeing, and physical quality checks.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Review quality data regularly and submit reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, certifications, and quality audits.
• Train quality teams and improve departmental performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (Preferably from BUTEX).
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant working experience in the Quality Department of a reputed spinning mill (local or international) minimum 10 Yrs.
• Strong knowledge of yarn manufacturing processes (Cotton, PC, CVC, Melange, and Rotor preferable).
• Hands-on experience in quality monitoring systems, laboratory operations, and test report analysis.
