Manager / AGM – Store (02 Positions)

Job Overview

Saiham Group is looking for experienced and highly organized Manager / AGM – Store professionals to lead and manage the overall store operations of our spinning units. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in inventory management, raw material (RM) handling, spare parts management, and compliance with internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock as per SOP.
• Ensure accurate stock records, bin cards, and daily store reconciliation.
• Maintain proper FIFO/LIFO methodology for raw material and consumables.
• Monitor safety stock levels and minimize stock-out/overstock situations.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, and Accounts departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation for LC-based raw material, local purchase, and issuance.
• Maintain compliance with internal audit, external audit, and certification requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise store officers and support staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.
• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Store Department of a reputed spinning mill.
• Strong experience in raw material store, spare parts store, consumables, and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience in ERP/store software (SAP/Oracle/Other).
• Proven track record of managing large store teams and high-volume materials.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of spinning mill store operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
